BBQ Dry Rub

Prep time 10 min.
Ready in 10 min.

I use 1/2 Tablespoon for a unit measure for 2 pork tenderloins.

5 parts white sugar
5 parts dark brown sugar
1 part salt
1 part paprika
1/2 part fresh ground pepper

In a dry container, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Rub into pork and let sit at least 10 minutes before grilling.
