Golden Giant Collard Greens

Big bag of collard greens, rinsed and chopped
Pork spine or turkey neck
Chicken broth
Water
Salt and pepper

(Salt pork or ham hock may be substituted for pork or turkey)


Cover the pork spine in cold water and season.

Simmer until meat falls off bone.

Add collard greens.

Simmer for 30-40 minutes until most water has evaporated.
